Senior Account Manager Athens (Job Code: SAM-ATH)

We are looking for a high-performance Account Manager to join our sales team in Athens, who:

  • Effectively encompasses the goals and vision of the organization
  • Has deep understanding of the market in order to identify potential clients
  • Utilizes a successful client relation strategy to generate referrals from existing clients
  • Works closely with the Presales teams to create customer business cases, written proposals, presentations and quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Works on a systematic way to achieve sales targets and negotiates effectively to maximize profits
  • Collaborates with delivery teams to oversee prompt and successful delivery of our solutions as per customer needs and objectives
  • Ensures after sales customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Presents monthly progress reports to the company’s management team
  • Stays up to date with new technologies and product launches

 

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Business Administration, or similar
  • Α postgraduate degree in Business Administration will be considered an asset
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in software solutions and integration services in large IT companies (preferably serving financial services organizations and telcos)
  • Proven ability to manage full sales life cycle
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results oriented with strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, tech savvy, team player; flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language (written & oral)
