Job Purpose & Key Deliverables

The HR administrator will join the team starting with a 6 months contract, aiming to support the department in a big HR project while gradually he/she will be exposed to larger part of the people and culture initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare employment contracts for employees in some of our biggest clients
  • Submit electronically all relevant documentation to labor authorities
  • Keep an updated record
  • Cooperate with HR team in key day to day projects
  • Coordinate the process in cooperation with Operations

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience 0-2 years
  • Graduate with Management Degree
  • Master desired
  • Knowledge of ERGANI would be an asset
  • English proficiency
