Webhelp Hellas, is looking to recruit,  Sales Advisor - Turkish speaker (WHK - 116) to join a growing international Sales Team based in Athens.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operating sales discovery role
  • Proactively operates in a reason to call environment
  • Delivers script – based sales calls to identify and/or influence potential customers
  • Maintains and enriches the CRM
  • Manages and follows-up cold and warm leads, dispatches hot leads
  • Qualifies incoming marketing leads
  • Profiles new and existing Customers


  • Bachelor degree (or above) or corresponding work experience in sales
  • Native in Turkish and fluent in English language
  • Absolute willingness to compete and win
  • Ability to manage time and (potentially competing) priorities based on customer and quota focused objectives
  • Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural environment
  • Self-motivated, self-started attitude
  • Ability to handle unique situations and think outside the box
  • Problem detection and solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
