Webhelp Hellas, is looking to recruit,   Multilingual Sales Advisors (Ref Code: WHK-122), to join a growing international Sales Team based in Athens.



Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to drive campaigns and/or profile assigned accounts to understand installed base and business drivers. Prioritize calling and profiling activities in accordance to customers ranking 
  • Achieve and exceed targets
  • Follow up on warm leads 
  • Build a relationship and provide guidance throughout the full sales process  
  • Understand the values of the company in order to be able to provide excellent service
  • Quoting and placing proposal and pricing to future clients and customers
  • Working collaboratively with the team 

Απαιτήσεις

  • Bachelor degree or corresponding work experience in sales  
  • Fluency in English and French or Arabic or Turkish (written and verbal)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
